Did You Think It Was Morning?

We never really understood "the sun". It is not a burning gaseous sphere, but a projected light source of the "real world" in "our dream dimension". Something seems to be wrong with the "real world" these days. Those potholes are the collapse and reflection of the foundation of that world on "our sky". The light no longer shines because the energy that maintains this "dream" is decaying and the rules are disintegrating. The vast majority of people are still sleeping, living numbly in the eternal night, following the long-defunct biological clock of "starting at sunrise." Only a few awakened people looked up at the sun with mottled holes and heard the question from "outside the dreamland": "Did you think it was morning?" ——Do you think that everything you know is the whole truth?
