Hogwarts Nature Spirit Professor

On the rainy day of school in 1991, Hogwarts welcomed a new Professor of Care of Magical Creatures, Ruutilus Barrier. He looks as young as a recent graduate, but most of what he has experienced can be found in the Daily Prophet. In the hazy rain and mist, a faint glow could be seen from the scar on the side of his neck. A level XXX magical creature registered by the Ministry of Magic, but a legal citizen? Want to come to Hogwarts to be a professor? It sounds ridiculous, but Hogwarts is inclusive, isn't it?
