No Stealing

Lu Jiuwan, a female captain of the White Marsh Guard, holds grudges, is violent, fiercely competitive, loves money and power, and is lustful, yet can't afford a house. Half her monthly salary goes to matchmaking, but she's such a romance wrecker that she breaks up every match. The three most unfortunate men she was matched with ended up dead or on death row. There's no way she'd admit the God of Matchmaking has it in for her. Having a sharp eye is a professional skill, so how is it her fault? Look at Bai Yujing, the young master of the Duke Huguo's household. He's not afraid of her at all, and even bounces around in front of her every day. Oh, turns out he wants her help rescuing his son, who won't be born for another twenty years. Bai Yujing: "Hey, wifey!" Lu Jiuwan: "This guy is seriously unwell." A fierce, no-nonsense female captain vs. a two-faced, spoiled young master.
