His Special Kind of Sweetness

At eighteen, Xu Feiwan fell for Second Master Ji at first sight. But on her birthday, Second Master Ji “drove” her father to his death. Second Master Ji of the capital is a lone wolf, violent and bloodthirsty, pathologically possessive, and determined to make every sinner pay in blood. Yet he gives her the only tenderness he has. Though they should never have fallen in love, they do.

He says, “Wanwan, will you give me a home?”

He says, “Wanwan, when you have time, come visit me in my dreams.”

He says, “Wanwan, I’ll spend the rest of my life making it up to you.”

He begs her, “Don’t leave me. Don’t abandon me.”

Wanwan says, “All right.” Then she turns around and sets him on fire.

Who saves whom? No one knows. But Wanwan has never once broken her word to him.

[The leads have a misunderstanding, but this is super sweet and romantic, I promise!]
