You Were Supposed to Survive in the Wilderness, Not Build a Resort

Lin's father: Go toughen yourself up on a wilderness survival show, then come back and take over the real estate business! “Chairman, something terrible has happened! The young master won the wilderness survival show!” “He also says he's going to build a resort on a piece of wasteland!” Lin Chen, a graduate of Huaqing University's architecture program, was devoted to the art of architecture and had no intention of taking over his father's real estate company. “You little brat! You've got too much energy and nothing to do! I'll send you on that wilderness survival show and leave you hungry for two days. Then you'll know!” Everyone thought the real estate heir would starve to death in the wilderness. But with his Tsinghua-level architectural skills, he built shelters, repaired suspension bridges, and crafted photogenic wooden cabins, turning a survival show into an infrastructure project. The director tried to make things difficult? He exposed the script in return. A rival tried to smear him? He proved his innocence with professional surveying. Father and son butted heads? He bet that he could turn a profit within a year, without a cent from the family. Even more unexpectedly, he also won himself a travel-and-culture blogger girlfriend. Together, they turned an obscure village into a top-tier tourist hotspot. Lin's father: I regret it so much. If only I hadn't pushed him!
