I’m a Golden Core Expert, So Why Am I in a Haunted Dungeon?

Su Changqing transmigrates to a parallel world much like Blue Star and becomes the only cultivator in the world. After a hundred years in seclusion, he breaks through to the Golden Core realm. When he emerges, he discovers that the world has changed. Supernatural horrors are rampant, and people are suffering everywhere. Before he can get his bearings, he's dragged into the S-rank instance “Saw” and broadcast live to the entire nation. Just as the people of the Dragon Nation are losing all hope, Su Changqing takes up his sword alone and slays the S-rank supernatural horror, the Chainsaw Maniac. He becomes the first person to clear an S-rank supernatural horror instance. The title “Sword Immortal” spreads across the globe. When he discovers, to his surprise, that killing supernatural horrors increases his cultivation, a wicked smile curls across his lips. From then on, a legend spreads through the world of supernatural horrors: a human more terrifying than the horrors themselves, who takes pleasure in killing them. Even S-rank horrors tremble at the sound of his name. Just as he breaks through to the Tribulation Transcendence stage and is about to ascend, the supernatural force descends once more, trying to drag him into an instance. This time, Su Changqing doesn't enter. Instead, he flies into the sky, toward the true mastermind he'd discovered long ago!
