Repair the Universe with Doraemon

The universe collapsed, and I was the first one to be hit. I had just finished ordering takeout that day when a Crayon Shin-chan flew past the window, followed by three Squirtles spraying water. Then a blue and white cat with round hands smashed through the ceiling of my house and the first thing he said was: "Hello, I am Doraemon. The universe is going to end. Please sign the maintenance order." I thought it was a new type of scam, until it took out an Ultraman timer that was breathing fire, a Sailor Moon that was crying pearly tears, and a Conan figure that kept shouting "There is only one truth" but kept in an endless loop. "To put it simply," Doraemon wiped sweat with his round hand, "the entire anime world has crashed, and the rules are all messed up. You are now the only maintenance man designated by the universe - because you have the longest fan record." My tasks include but are not limited to: getting the rampaging Pokémon to stop using "Demolition" (crossed out) and "Destruction Death Light" on the city, persuading Ultraman to be less enthusiastic (the Kingdom of Light is about to blind the weak civilization), and preventing Naruto and Luffy from becoming sworn brothers (they have already demolished six dimensions). Remuneration? Repair is guaranteed but not covered. Tool? Doraemon's four-dimensional pocket, but half of the props have "plot breakdown PTSD" - any door may open to the animation company's conference room, and if the phone booth only says "It would be great if I wasn't broken". Now, this fat blue guy who is afraid of mice and I are driving a broken car modified with a beautiful girl's wand, charged by Ultraman light energy, and the navigation is the One Piece pointer, rushing to the first repair site. Help, will this universe be covered by insurance? If you don't pay compensation... Will food and accommodation be included?
