The Pact of Unwarranted Fate

This is a story about ancient gods, the Old Ones, and ninth-rank angels plunging different planes into a chaotic struggle over resources.

My name is Chen Wuwang.

I had always lived a quiet life in Shimen Town at the foot of the mountains. But when the strange things arrived that night, my life changed completely.

The stone gate in our village might be a fake.

It might not have been formed from the scales of the Nine Yin Master, and it might not have the power to ward off evil and impurity!

I had no choice but to contend with the strange beings. But after that battle,

I discovered even greater secrets about the world!

Who was the white-robed old man from the history of the catastrophe?

Where did those grotesque, blood-soaked abominations come from?

Why did the Nine Yin Master suddenly disappear?

To uncover the truth, I joined the Cold Crow Squad and began a journey to discover the source of it all.
