Honghuang: I Am Emperor Xin, Rebuking the Sages from the Start

After transmigrating into the Investiture of the Gods catastrophe in the Primordial World, Di Xin, King Zhou of Shang, had barely opened his eyes when he became a pawn in a game between saints, doomed to die with his kingdom! At this desperate moment, the God-Level Choice System flashed across his screen: "Mission One: Defy the saints and break free of fate. Reward: the complete inheritance of Di Jiang, the Space Ancestral Witch! Mission Two: Be a willing puppet and wait for death!" I flipped the table and roared, "To hell with being a pawn of fate! I'll defy the saints!" I turned and cursed the heavens: "You old hag Nuwa! You used demonic magic to cloud my mind and sent a fox demon to bring ruin to my Shang Dynasty, yet you dare call yourself the Holy Mother of the Human Race?" I defied a saint from the start and obtained the inheritance of the Space Ancestral Witch. With a single thought, I could traverse heaven and earth, wielding spatial power to dominate the Primordial World! Nuwa was furious and sent her Daluo Golden Immortal disciple, Qingtong, down to accuse me: "Di Xin insulted a saint. Today, I'll obliterate your soul!" The System offered another choice: "One: kill the disciple by force and receive the peerless art, The Heavenly Emperor Scripture! Two: endure the humiliation and receive a low-grade sword technique!" With the innate supreme treasure, the Human Emperor Sword, in hand, I sneered. "You're delivering The Heavenly Emperor Scripture right to me! I choose to kill!" The Human Emperor Sword split the Daluo's golden body. Even though Nuwa's divine water restored his life, I used spatial power to pin him down and shattered his primordial spirit with a single strike! With The Heavenly Emperor Scripture in my mind, I glimpsed the Heavenly Emperor's supreme might as he subdued myriad worlds and slew countless immortals. My heart swelled with ambition! Saint Nuwa herself descended, her overwhelming saintly might crushing Chaoge. "Wretch, you dared kill my disciple. I will make sure you suffer for all eternity!" The System's final choice burst onto the scene: "One: drive back the saint and receive the innate supreme treasure, the God-Slaying Spear! Two: kneel and surrender, and receive a low-grade Spirit Snake Sword!" "An innate supreme treasure! Even saints barely have a few! I choose to drive her back and claim the God-Slaying Spear!" "Good! I was just wondering how powerful a saint really is!"
