On the Day We Divorced, My Ex-Husband Somehow Became a Three-Year-Old

Lu Wenjin knew Gu Shiyi didn't love her. He had only married her because their families forced them into an arranged marriage. After a year of marriage, they treated each other with courtesy and seemed perfectly harmonious. Just as Lu Wenjin thought her marriage might finally have a happy ending, Gu Shiyi's high school classmate Yu Huan appeared. Yu Huan had been secretly in love with Gu Shiyi for years. She turned her high school unrequited love into an online novel that became a bestseller and gained countless fans. Gu Shiyi even invested in a movie based on the novel about her secret love for him. Readers across the internet went wild shipping Gu Shiyi and Yu Huan. When readers learned that Gu Shiyi had been forced into an arranged marriage with the Lu family's daughter, who had been raised in the countryside, they mocked her as a repulsive villainess. They hoped Lu Wenjin would divorce him and that Gu Shiyi and Yu Huan would get their happy ending. After Lu Wenjin failed to stop Gu Shiyi from investing in the movie, she decided to give the readers what they wanted and divorce him. When the mandatory cooling-off period ended, Lu Wenjin waited outside the civil affairs bureau all day, but her soon-to-be ex-husband was nowhere to be seen. At dusk, a three-year-old who looked just like Gu Shiyi showed up and said he was Gu Shiyi! Wenjin finally accepted that her ex-husband had turned into a three-year-old, but she couldn't convince the civil affairs bureau staff, so getting the divorce certificate had to be put on hold. And under Gu Shiyi's threats, Wenjin had no choice but to become the little ex-husband's guardian. She also had no choice but to take her three-year-old ex-husband along on her blind dates… After Gu Shiyi sabotaged her blind dates again and again, Wenjin finally snapped. “Gu Shiyi, we're already divorced.” The three-year-old wrapped his arms around her leg. “Wenjin, can we not get divorced?” Lu Wenjin: “Too late!”
