The Radiant Stars

In this world stands a curious shop called "Starlight." Only those with a destined connection can find it, and only on rainy nights can they enter. There is nothing in the shop but shelves full of stars. Some take the shape of pendants, others gather into hairpins, and still others rest within tattered scrolls. Every object holds an unfinished life, a moment in time made permanent. The shopkeeper's eyes are two silent rivers of stars. He says only, "The stories here choose their own readers."
