The Timekeeper

Time does not flow away for nothing. Shadows have followed it since ancient times.

Time Beasts are born by stealing time, feeding on the years of human lives as they skulk in history's dark side. Timekeepers hunt them, wielding their own time as a blade and fighting in silence.

Yao Chen, an ordinary man struggling to survive on the fringes of the city, is forced into this eternal war. In a single night, he witnesses the brutality of time being stolen and unexpectedly obtains the supreme secret treasure of the Time Beast clan: the Time Source Orb.

From then on, with a mortal body and a priceless treasure in hand, he walks the boundary between light and darkness. The Time Beasts' icy snarls and the Timekeepers' ironclad rules are nothing more than a backdrop.

“Spending time? Stealing time?” Facing the mighty across the worlds, Yao Chen toys with the shadowy orb that devours the source of all things. In his eyes lie ice that has not thawed in ten thousand years and calculations sharpened to the utmost degree.

“Don't try to define me.”

“From now on, time is mine to command.”

This is a story of time, plunder, and control. Beneath the brutal laws of the worlds within and without, watch as an aloof protagonist uses the Time Source Orb as his fulcrum, pries the gears of fate loose, and redefines the order of things.
