Linton, who traveled through time and became a bankrupt noble, joined the Adventurer's Guild and started everything from scratch. All livelihoods are defined by swords and ledgers; hunting goblins that disrupt trade routes, clearing away evil forces that corrode civilized valleys, and every gold coin is soaked in blood. The sword edge licks the enemy's throat, and secretly circles the shadowy alleys for grudges - but all he wants is to use rewards and information to survive; with the sword and the wine glass, he measures all the dangers in this fantasy world. However, towards the end of the adventure, the more you discover that beneath the struggle between all the forces, there is an older war flowing. Evil is not a force, but the encroachment of "meaning" itself; justice is not a creed, but the persistence of "existence".
