The introduction can be changed. Most people who read DC fan fiction don't come here for the cool novels written by newcomers. Those kinds of authors can't write well about the big world view of DC.

Then there is the question: Does the author only want die-hard DC fans to read this book? There are so many characters appearing in just a few chapters at the beginning. It can be said that the characters are purely left to the readers' imagination. As a reader who is not familiar with DC, it is a bit confusing.
