Records of Old Nanyang Pots

Using an old Nanyang pot as a carrier, it tells the story of generations of Nanyang Chinese who were born in Singapore and grew up in Chinatown. They spoke Chinese mixed with multiple languages, ate Peranakan food, and lived a life that was different from the Spring Festival to the Hari Raya Aidilfitri. But this is the most vivid cross-cultural fusion. Like a purple clay teapot, the mouth is missing and the silver is repaired, but it contains more mellow tea, and it also contains the gentleness and tenacity of the Chinese who took root in Nanyang.
