I am a psychology enthusiast. This book is my own integration of some special insights into psychology and some psychological knowledge that I think needs to be made available to the public. Please do not plagiarize. Don't push for updates, it's useless to push. Behind every chapter I write, there is the foundation of at least one book. For example, the content of the first chapter is written by me after reading Cognitive Psychology and the Psychology of Pain. The second chapter is written by reading Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience. Behind each chapter, there is the shadow of my crazy reading.
