The Psychology of an Uchiha Villain

He transmigrates into the world of Naruto, becomes one of the names on the Uchiha clan's extermination list, and is nothing more than a cannon-fodder genin.

In his moment of despair, Uchiha Makoto discovers that his golden finger is a little unusual: he has become a psychologist of desire, able to "see" through people's hearts.

In a world full of cheat abilities and bloodline powers, what use is a mind-reading ability? Is he supposed to make Uchiha Madara abandon the Eye of the Moon Plan because he "wants to retire"?

Then he is thrown into the meat grinder of the Third Shinobi World War.

While others kill their enemies with hand signs and bloodline powers, he relies on talk therapy and pinpoint psychological takedowns.

While Uchiha Itachi is still torn between his clan and the village, Makoto has already started providing "psychological counseling" to Shimura Danzo.

When Uchiha Obito proclaims the "Eye of the Moon Plan," Makoto simply asks, "Have you ever considered that this might actually be an extension of your post-traumatic stress from adolescence?"

From taking control of Root, to stealing the Rinnegan, to providing "psychological intervention" for Kaguya Otsutsuki.

Uchiha Makoto discovers that using psychology to turn this insane shinobi world upside down seems... far more promising than becoming a traditional ninja.
