A Real Master, a Fake Has-Been, and a Fortune-Teller Who Saves the World: The Internet Can't Stop Praising Her

[Metaphysics + Variety Shows + Decisive and Ruthless + Crime Mystery + Fortune-Telling and Face-Reading + Strong Female Lead] After unexpectedly losing her memory, metaphysics expert Xie You enters the entertainment industry and becomes a nobody. Half a year later, she “curses” a popular idol, and in less than two hours, the entire internet is attacking and boycotting her. To earn money to support her people, she reveals her identity as a member of the occult sect. Her revelation sets the internet ablaze. Not only does she send a disgraced celebrity to jail, she also fills her fortune-telling schedule and casually signs up for an exploration variety show. On the show, her teammates isolate her and insinuate that her metaphysics persona is fake. But what persona does Xie You have? She plucks whatever she sees, takes any money she can, and snatches whatever she wants. She's a bona fide bandit, with none of a grandmaster's bearing. Her teammates join forces to prank her, only to get pranked in return. Gradually, the show grows stranger and stranger. Teammates: “Why does the back of my neck feel so creepy? Don't you think there's something extra here?” Xie You smiles meaningfully. “Of course. We have an extra teammate.” The guests flee in terror during the livestream, and the viewers scream in shock. Xie You alone laughs with delight, naming her price and collecting the money. On a remote island, a damp, dismembered male ghost attacks at night. She draws her sword and chops him into pieces once again. In a haunted town, terrifying zombies attack and suck people's blood. She kicks one straight back into its coffin. At an abandoned psychiatric hospital, ghosts wail and shriek. She uncovers a shocking secret and cracks a long-hidden organ trafficking case? Viewers: “It's either ghosts or corpses. Wasn't superstition supposed to be banned?” Xie You: “It's all for the show. We have to believe in science.” As more episodes air, Xie You gets the strange feeling that someone is pulling the strings behind their backs. As her missing memories gradually return, Xie You becomes even more certain: someone has set her up!
