Demon Slayer: The Frost Realm Descends, Freezing Regrets

“Senior, why haven’t you gone to take the Final Selection yet?” I looked at Sabito and Giyu and simply smiled. I couldn’t tell them that I knew the Hand Demon would tear their futures to shreds, or that Giyu Tomioka would spend the rest of his life blaming himself for it. I transmigrated here and became Urokodaki’s adopted son. I mastered Water Breathing, but not to watch tragedy repeat itself again and again. So I stayed behind. As I taught them, I honed my swordsmanship until, during that crisis, a blast of frigid sword energy surged forth. At last, I understood: what I had been seeking was the power to freeze all sorrow and regret forever. This is the story of Ice Breathing. It is the story of saving Kyojuro and letting him see another sunrise; of the first time Upper Rank Two’s smile froze; of Akaza finding himself again; and, above all, of how we all joined forces to give Muzan Kibutsuji a grand “requiem.”
