A young Astra, who is actually an ancient silver dragon, travels the world as a human scholar just to complete his graduation thesis - "On the Entropy Management and Artistic Value of Short-lived Civilizations." He carries a magic book "Chronicle" with a vicious tongue. From a macro perspective that transcends race, he intervenes and records the bizarre events in various city-states. Through constant observation and intervention, he rethinks the meaning of "civilization" and "life".
