Sparks of Life

This is a world where mastering a single skill to its utmost limits can make you a god. People are divided into god-makers and god-slayers. God-makers are born with a talent for a particular skill, while god-slayers are born with special abilities and go on to manage the gods as they grow up. The gods must constantly promote themselves and perform good deeds to earn people's trust. The most powerful and widely revered god is honored by the Venerable of the Divine Management Bureau with the annual “Spark of Life Medal.”
