The Enclosure of Cat and Fish

[Adapted from the Tieba story “Our Seven-Year Itch”]

Cat and Fish met one summer in their youth, grew up side by side, and laughed their way through the brightest years of their lives.

Then fate took a sudden turn. Fish fell gravely ill, and Cat stayed by her side through the pain and the hope.

She was gone, while he remained trapped in time, learning to love, to lose, and to keep living.

This is a story about youth, farewells, and redemption,

written for everyone who has ever been tenderly held captive by love.
