One Piece: The Max-Level Pharmacist of Marineford

[Marines faction, original Devil Fruit, laid-back daily life, lighthearted.] In his previous life, he tested medicine on himself and wound up in the world of the Pirate King. Now, he's completely changed his ways. His motto can be summed up in one word: play it safe. Join the Marines, rise to the top of the Marines. A pharmacist never takes the stage himself. I supply the drugs, you do the fighting!
