Always Waiting for the Next Summer

After cleaning up the rental house today, the streets outside the window were noisy, but my heart felt particularly peaceful. Looking back on the past four years, I seem to have been competing with myself, always feeling that I have to be good enough to be qualified to stand by her side. But in the end, I realized that what I missed was not the time to "become good", but every moment of talking and getting along well with her.
