Three Desperate Women

How many couples truly support each other and grow old together? And how many couples share a bed while dreaming different dreams, becoming strangers to each other? How many more couples part ways and never see each other again? Hu Bingqing was a wealthy heiress who was both glamorous and formidable, with fair skin, stunning looks, long legs, a master's degree in law from a prestigious university, and a position as director of a renowned local law firm. She had never lost a case. Her marriage was blissful, her family happy, and her first-love husband handsome, gentle, and considerate. Her sixteen-year-old daughter ranked at the top of her elite high school. Yet one day, when Hu Bingqing was forty, her husband stopped breathing in her arms. Liu Yini was considerate, ordinary, and unremarkable. After graduating from college, she had worked as a salesperson at a securities company for more than a decade. Her supervisors pressured her to increase the number of new accounts, while clients complained about plunging stocks and funds. She lived in a shabby old apartment, had an unreliable husband, and two young daughters. Every day, the elderly, children, and husband made her life so chaotic that she could barely breathe. Finally, on the day she turned forty, she resolved to part ways with her husband. Pei Ziyang was not as beautiful as Hu Bingqing, but she stood out more than Liu Yini. She was neither a master's graduate nor a bachelor's graduate, just a young nurse from a vocational medical school. She met her programmer husband by chance on a bus. They had no money, no house, and no car. They never took wedding photos or held a wedding, and their home was rented. She loved buying lottery tickets and became rich overnight. Yet one day, when she was forty, her husband suddenly disappeared. Three women, three fates, three lives. They say three women make a drama. The grand show is about to begin, so come and enjoy it!
