My name is Philip, the son of a blacksmith, and my memory begins in the ashes of Valley Village. Everyone told me that my family died from dragon fire and that I was on a mission to take revenge. I am convinced of this too. Until I embarked on a journey, the world began to become more and more strange. Why was the elf mentor I met for the first time filled with sadness and... Guilt in his eyes when he saw me for the first time? Why did that dwarf comrade who met by chance, after hearing my story, roar uncontrollably and shout out the name of an ancient red dragon that I had never heard of? Why did the tree man guarding the ancient forest say to me meaningfully that I carry "a very ancient earth oath" with me? What scares me the most is... Why am I gifted with the ability to communicate with the legendary horse "Mearas"? How come I, the son of a blacksmith, can instinctively perform a riding skill that even the prince is shocked by? Why was it that the first time I drew the bow, I shot out "Tears of Starlight" that moved even the elves? I started having a recurring dream. In the dream, I was not Philip. I was wearing a gorgeous armor, riding a huge red dragon, overlooking the entire Middle-earth world from our common throne. There seems to be something wrong with my memory...
