Wu Zhou Fengyun Records the Legend of Shangguan Wan'er

Based on the troubled times of Wu Zhou from 664 to 713, and closely following historical facts such as the co-rule of the Two Saints, the establishment of Wu Zhou, and the Tang Long coup, it tells the tragic legend of Shangguan Wan'er. After her grandfather Shangguan Yi was executed by Wu Zetian, she hid in hiding as a slave of Yeting with the "Wenxin Sword" (using a pen as a blade and a poem as a move). With her literary talent, she became the "prime minister of women" in charge of imperial edicts. This set of martial arts helped her defeat poisonous poisons in the He Mansion and oust Wei Hou's party members, but it was never a tool for fighting for power. On the night of the Tang Long coup, she refused to join Empress Wei and stood in front of the palace in plain clothes with the late emperor's edict. She did not take out the sword hidden in her pen. She just wanted to prove her innocence and settle down as a civil servant. Because she served Wu Zhou and befriended Princess Taiping, Li Longji's officers mistook her for rebelling against the party. She could have used Wen Xinjian to escape, but she was afraid of hurting Prince Gong'e who was hiding nearby, and even more afraid of ruining the chaos of the imperial edict, so she finally gave up her strength and tried to defend herself. When the spear pierced the chest, the pen slipped, and the ink blood blurred out the words "stop the chaos" on the edict - she had to be unable to fight, and she was "unwilling to cause chaos on her own account". She regretted that her martial arts skills that could protect herself had not yet been sheathed, and she became a tragic witness to the strangulation of power during the transition of Wu Zhou to the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
