My Sandbox Can Create a Universe

“Ding! Mushroom Sandbox System bound to Chen Mo.”

Chen Mo has cancer and is so destitute he can’t even afford his medical bills. Then an unexpected computer malfunction binds him to a mysterious System: a hyperdimensional sandbox that lets him create and observe a microscopic universe on his screen!

Starting with the barren, lifeless brown tea hills in his hometown, he introduces his first mushroom spore and adds a basic organic matter template.

Through countless late nights spent observing, he witnesses inorganic matter give birth to the first self-replicating molecular chain.

Starting from a civilization at zero, he unlocks controls for the flow of time, the input of matter and energy, and the injection of template knowledge...

From one stretch of tea hills to countless galaxies, from a single spore microorganism to the rise of intelligent civilizations...

“I only wanted to survive. I never expected to become the Creator.”

When the civilizations in the tea-hill sandbox look up at the stars, will they discover the human watching them from behind the screen?
