Whispers Under the Lullaby

Morse Somnus is a detective who believes in logic and evidence and initially scorns supernatural legends. But since he took over a series of strange cases: artists left the same symbols before mysteriously committing suicide, mysterious gatherings of believers, frequent disappearances at sea... But the clues all point to an unknown place called "Celephes". By interpreting forbidden books such as "The Curse of the Dying Man", he learned about the existence of "Old Dominators" and "Outer Gods". His sanity gradually declined, but he also awakened to unknown and unimaginable power.
