Commanding the Gundam Protagonists in Flip-Flops

When Gundam aces meet a tactical con artist in flip-flops...

Veteran Gundam fanatic Lin Xiao accidentally transmigrates at the moment he clears Mecha War Y, becoming the good-for-nothing commander of the A-Cargo battleship. In this world, legendary mobile suit pilots are being tormented by dimensional monsters until they question their entire existence.

Barely having arrived, without even a custom mobile suit of his own, he finds himself caught up in the W Gundam team's desperate battle. Just as Heero Yuy expertly presses the self-destruct button, preparing to perish alongside Wing Zero...

Lin Xiao has a sudden flash of inspiration. He kicks away the communicator and, putting every ounce of his acting ability to work, shouts at Heero:

"Stop! It would be such a waste to blow up your precision-built Wing Zero!"

"This Zudah Custom Type of mine has ten times the explosive yield of an ordinary mobile suit! Let's trade. You pilot mine and blow it up!"

When Heero, looking as if he had finally found a kindred spirit, pilots the Zudah that really can self-destruct into the enemy ranks, Lin Xiao wipes cold sweat from his brow on the bridge:

"Thank goodness he didn't ask... This 'Custom Type' is actually a 'single-use item.'"

This is a hilarious story about becoming a savior in the Gundam world through intelligence, fast-talking, and flip-flops!
