Beacon Smoke Across the River

The fictional "Dajing Split Period" (similar to the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties) is bounded by the "Crossing the River". The south bank is the agricultural civilization "Nan Zhao" (the gentry is in power, the people's livelihood is poor but the cultural heritage is profound), and the north bank is the nomadic Chinese "Beishuo" (a tribal alliance system, the military is strong but the economy is fragile, and the internal conflicts are sharp). The two countries have been hostile for hundreds of years, and wars have continued. The two protagonists merged into hostile forces without knowing it, and used modern knowledge to promote reforms in their forces. In the end, due to the opposing national positions, they had to lead their respective camps in a decisive battle.
