In the 23rd century, human civilization has extended to the stars, but it has fallen into the fragmentation of "technological alienation" - the elites of the floating city are obsessed with the perfect art of AI generation, while the bottom in the ruins of the old earth are still struggling for survival. Lin Ye, a poor painter who uses handmade paint mixed with fragments of interstellar debris to create works, is the "alien" among the ruins. His paintings are rough but hot, containing an emotional temperature that AI can never simulate. They also accidentally involve him in an interstellar conspiracy surrounding "stardust crystals". Stardust crystals, "emotional containers" from lost alien civilizations, can store life's emotions and memories. They are coveted by the floating city's resource monopoly group - they attempt to use them to strengthen AI and create controllable "emotional puppets". Lin Ye's paintbrush turned out to be the key to activating the power of the Stardust Crystal. When the cold algorithms of AI collide with the warmth of handmade paints, and when interstellar conspiracy encounters pure persistence in art, Lin Ye will use his paintbrush and stardust to draw a future path of emotion and understanding among the fragmented civilizations.
