Highway Survival: I Draw an S-Rank Talent from the Start

A meteor shower unseen in a century arrives, and Qiao Yu is pulled early into a deadly game called Road Survival. From the start, there’s a muddy road stretching ahead, with several little dwarves in the distance setting up the scenery. A bug-ridden trip taught Qiao Yu how to crawl and tumble along the roads, until she knew by heart where the treasure chests would appear. When she wakes up back in the real world, every Blue Star resident has just been dragged into the deadly road game. First comes the draw for items and talents. As someone who couldn’t even pass her driving test and was a menace on the road, but who had already opened hundreds of treasure chests as a survivor, Qiao Yu doesn’t hesitate to choose an electric golf cart that runs on electricity instead of gas. Eight out of every ten treasure chests have batteries. With a battery in hand, who wouldn’t grin like a fool? As for her talent, Qiao Yu refreshes the page dozens of times before finally drawing the coveted “Quest Alteration” golden finger. On an empty road, an NPC blocks her way and prepares to rob her. Qiao Yu changes just one character, and the robber becomes the one being robbed. At a rest stop, unscrupulous little dwarves are exploiting the travelers. After she changes the wording, they get exploited instead. She doesn’t panic when the roads merge, either. With a tap of her finger, a newcomer on a bike goes flying off a cliff. Disasters, monsters, instances, survival: even on this perilous road full of danger, Qiao Yu drives her golf cart steadily straight to the finish. [Congratulations!
