I’m a Kyrieloid, and I Want to Be a Hero Too

Jiang Ming transmigrates and becomes a Kyrieloid, the archenemy of Ultraman Tiga, and one with legendary beauty, no less. But this world has no Ultramen. For unknown reasons, they have all disappeared. Monsters run rampant, and humanity faces a crisis of despair unlike any before. Sent to this planet by the God of the Kyrieloids to spread faith in their deity, Jiang Ming and two other Kyrieloids form a team and witness humanity’s struggle. The three intend to seize this opportunity to demonstrate the Kyrieloids’ divine power and win people’s faith. And so, everything proceeds as planned: the three Kyrieloids take turns helping humanity fight the monsters. The Kyrieloids gradually become guardian gods in the hearts of the people on this planet. However, Jiang Ming’s two companions don’t genuinely care about humanity. They don’t care whether humans live or die when they fight, often causing many unnecessary casualties. This leaves Jiang Ming, who has a sense of justice and still stands with humanity at heart, deeply dissatisfied. Then one day, their conflict finally erupts. An unprecedentedly powerful enemy descends upon the planet, and Jiang Ming and the others are all defeated. His two Kyrieloid teammates lose all will to fight and decide to abandon the planet and flee. Looking at the trust and admiration in the eyes of the people, Jiang Ming can’t abandon these living souls. He chooses to stay behind alone and unexpectedly devours his two teammates’ energy, gaining two new forms. “I’m a Kyrieloid, and I want to be a hero too!” “A hero doesn’t run away in the middle of a fight!” … “The moment you chose to fight for others, you were already a hero.”
