Recall the Past and Go to the Future

As I grow older, I become more and more free, but I am still trapped in the so-called "original family". There are many pains in the past, but I have never dared to connect them completely and present them together. Sometimes I comfort myself that I have let go, but every time new pain occurs, it always involves the unhealed parts of the past - the parts that I have not properly faced. I don't know how to truly let go, but I understand that I will never avoid talking about it. So I plan to write an article, hoping to say goodbye to the past, and also hope to give some inspiration to people facing similar situations.
