Ultraman: The Universe’s Will, Max Level from the Start

Rex transmigrates into the Ultraman universe and becomes the embodiment of the consciousness of the multiverse. From the moment he is born, he is already max level, and his potential for growth is even higher. Once he completely converts the cosmic energy within him, he can easily become the strongest being, rising above the entire multiverse. The way to convert cosmic energy is to derail the timeline of the entire universe. And so, with Rex meddling in the story, the plot of the Ultraman universe goes completely off the rails. Belial: “Rex once told me not to break the Land of Light’s rules. The Plasma Spark Tower? Only an idiot would touch that!” Alien Empera: “Who understands the helpless feeling of Rex dragging me to the Babel Ruins to ask Noah for something? I’ve never been so scared in my life.” Tregear: “He once brought the consciousness of the Great Universe, Ultraman Legend, over for me to study. There’s no way I could turn evil after that. What dark power could possibly stand up to him...” Ultraman King: “As the keeper of time, I feel rather helpless. Rex always does something ridiculous, yet somehow the whole universe ends up moving in a better direction.”
