A Love Letter to the Rainy Season

A pleasant weekend away from the worries of work and social pressure. I silenced my mobile phone and walked aimlessly in the streets and alleys. When I came to the familiar door again, I stopped and looked at the dusty curtains and rusty door locks. They were very different from what I remembered. Maybe it was because there was no longer that smiling face in front of me. After thinking about it for a long time, I realized that people always have to say goodbye to things that they cannot hold. Some people and some things, this is the best ending. A few drops of rain hit my forehead. I raised my eyes, it was cloudy, and I didn't want to be soaked by the rain. I walked with my legs and thought, if we meet again, will we tacitly avert our eyes and pass each other by? Or will he stop and say the long-overdue "Long time no see"? Maybe we will never meet again. This is the first time I have experienced the meaning of forever. The rain is getting heavier and heavier, but luckily we are home. I listened to the patter of rain outside the window, and thought that I should write something while my memory is not too blurry. So I opened my notebook and typed out this love letter word for word.
