The plot unfolds too quickly, causing all the characters to become a bit stereotyped: the other two protagonists are basically shaped around their own mental illness, as if their mental illness represents their entire personality; and the process of describing the psychology is a bit too sketchy, and there are not many details used to portray the characters.
