Apocalypse Express: I Signed for an Apocalypse-Class Talent from the Start

My name is Gu Yuan. It’s the seventh year of the wasteland, but I know nothing about it. Because I just escaped from a laboratory. I’m no scientist. I was taken there to be used as a test subject. Before the apocalypse began, I was studying abroad in France. The first few years of college were wonderful. I visited Spain, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine... Then, in my third year, nuclear war broke out. While I was desperately trying to find a way back home, a mysterious organization captured me and took me to a mysterious laboratory, where I was imprisoned for a full seven years. Thank heavens, the damn laboratory suffered a backlash and was destroyed. As a “lab rat” locked inside, I was actually safe. Just when I thought I’d escaped, a pack of regenerating beasts surrounded me! No matter how hard things get, I have to make it home. I’ll cross thousands of miles to reunite with my family. I firmly believe that C Country must have handled the apocalypse better. There are safe havens over there, peaceful and secure. When all the beautiful women heard about it, they wanted to come with me... With so many foreign wives, I... can’t even imagine how happy my parents will be when they see them. They’ve always worried that their painfully straight-laced son would end up alone. When death-delivery parcels become salvation in the apocalypse, every gift you sign for comes with a price tag: the destruction of the world. “What I, Gu Yuan, sign for has never been just the goods!” Facing a wasteland riddled with ruin, Gu Yuan, now holding the highest administrator privileges, pressed a bloody fingerprint onto the delivery receipt. “For this final delivery, I’m sending out the dawn of all human civilization.” Sign for hope, deliver the dawn, use all things as postage, and redeem the survival of civilization.
