The Demoness Fell in Love with Me

Waking up in the wilderness, Lu Jiangchao discovers that he has lost all but a fraction of his godlike martial arts. His last memory is of entering the room of the courtesan at the Drunken Moon Pavilion!

Before he can make sense of what is happening, a little white fox has latched onto him.

Lu Jiangchao: What? This is all wrong!

The current emperor once issued an edict declaring that the heir to the Sheng Dynasty would be the Prince of Jing's son. Lu Jiangchao is that heir. After living in seclusion for seventeen years, he finally sets out for the capital as the old emperor nears death.

Times have changed. When Lu Jiangchao arrives outside the imperial palace on a tall horse, his spear in hand and its tip pointed at the Golden Throne Hall, he shouts:

“You rotten emperor! Today, either get off that throne, or get off that throne and marry me!”

Inside the vast Golden Throne Hall, the assembled officials stammer in silence, none daring to speak. The empress sits on the dragon throne and smashes the memorial in her hand, her face dark with rage.
