In Journey to the West, I Begin Simulating in Xiniu Hezhou

Wang Yuan transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West and discovers that he is in Xiniu Hezhou.

The bad news: he has to deal with a marriage to a fox demon and harassment from monsters.

The good news: Wang Yuan gets a painting that can simulate how the future will unfold.

Everyone knows I'm a genius, but no one knows how many years I've endured or how many changes I've witnessed.

“Start the simulation.”

[Sun Wukong is facing a heavenly army sent to capture him.]

[After thinking for a moment, you decide...]

1: The bird that sticks its head out gets shot. What do the monkey and Heaven have to do with me?

2: The monkey will surely be fine. I might as well take this chance to show off in front of the gods.

3: You and the monkey are on good terms. Help him out, and maybe you'll gain a little inspiration from him.

In Journey to the West, having any two of magic power, divine abilities, magical treasures, and martial prowess is enough to make you a force to be reckoned with.

“What if I get all four?”

“Why not found your own sect and become its patriarch?”

“Good. I'll get all of them.”

“Actually, there's a fifth one.”

“What?”

“Connections! With powerful backing, you can get all of the first four.”

As it happens, Wang Yuan has plenty of powerful backers.

Even with his exceptional talent, Sun Wukong can't compete with Wang Yuan, who loves nothing more than killing mosquitoes, rats, and other pests.

Sun Wukong scratches his head in frustration. “Brother Wang Yuan, why can you do everything I can do?”

“Wukong, I can do the things you can't, too...”

[Transform into Sun Wukong?]

No, start the simulation...
