Battle Through the Heavens: Rinnegan from the Start

Liu Tingfeng arrives in the Dou Qi Continent with a six-tomoe Rinnegan. Heaven-tier Dou Techniques? Just copy them with the Sharingan. The Soul Hall? Open the Rinnegan and their souls scatter. What souls would there be left to capture? Heavenly Flames? Activate the Preta Path and devour every last one, whatever kind they are, to use as my own. The Soul Emperor wants to destroy the world? He can stay right inside my Planetary Devastation. Many years later, Hun Tiandi lets out an unwilling roar atop the Fallen Peak: “My Soul Clan has plotted for a thousand years. How could I lose to you?!” Liu Tingfeng stands beneath the heavens, the six-tomoe Rinnegan in his eyes slowly turning. He replies softly: “Because from beginning to end, you were in my illusion, fighting against me.” (No System + exceptional talent + multi-element Dou Qi + a single Heavenly Flame. That's all I've come up with for now.)
