Please, Dao Lord, Come Out of the Mountains

The dynasty is nearing its end, and an age of chaos is about to begin.

A locust plague sweeps through the land, forcing Li Luo to leave his home. As he flees the famine, memories from his time in the womb awaken within him. The world is harsh, and survival is no easy matter.

Powerless and penniless, he nearly becomes one of the living dead. At first, all he wants is a filling meal, but then he encounters demons wreaking havoc, and his situation grows even more perilous!

Fortunately, he meets the Wine Sword Immortal and becomes a disciple of the Xuanling Dao Sect, awakening the Dao Fruit of Time!

By observing the relics of those who came before, he can trace the long river of time!

[Observe a legacy cultivation art, trace the peerless bearing of its founding Dao Patriarch, and grasp the true meaning of opening the nine orifices and aligning the acupoints!]

[Observe a fragment of a broken sword, trace the supreme elegance of a Sword Immortal, and comprehend the transcendent sword path: slay a dragon from eight thousand miles away and return!]

Whether peerless cultivation arts or divine techniques, he can trace them to their source and comprehend their wondrous essence!

From then on, his fate would never be the same!

…

Many years later.

As demons and monsters run rampant, corrupt officials wield power, sects and noble clans scheme against one another, and chaos spreads while the realm teeters on the brink of collapse, all the people of the world prostrate themselves before Xuanling Abbey and cry out as one!

“Dao Lord, we beseech you to emerge from seclusion!”
