My High-Maintenance Girlfriend Put Me Through a Premarital Test and Left Me Disabled

On the eve of our wedding, my fiancée was supposedly kidnapped. The kidnappers said they’d kill her unless I paid a two-million-yuan ransom. I braved a torrential downpour and went into the mountains to save her, not even stopping to stay by my father as he was being resuscitated in the operating room. But then I discovered my fiancée was perfectly safe. The kidnapping was just a reality show she’d staged to test me. A landslide crushed my legs, and my father died unexpectedly on the operating table. In my despair, I demanded to know why my fiancée had done this to me. She only said, displeased, “That’s what you get for failing my test. You knew your father was going to die sooner or later. You should have come to save me no matter what!” Furious and desperate for an explanation, I tried to confront her, but her friends surrounded me and beat me to death. When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day my fiancée was kidnapped.
