The story of Yangzhou's past can be sung and weeping, the legend of heroes defending the country - a little experience from watching "Fu Bo Lu"
On January 22 this year, when I was catching up on the update of "Swallowing Starry Sky 2 Origin Continent", 🍅 I strongly recommended the martial arts work "Fu Bo Lu". I came over to take a look and it was quite attractive. Zhaozhang (115 chapters) is a three-part chapter, with an official starting point count of 926,500 words. The plot is nearing its climax. It can be said that "snow foam and milk flowers float on the afternoon lamp, polygonum velvet and mugwort bamboo shoots taste the spring dish, and the taste of the world is pure joy." Here, I express my gratitude and briefly talk about my experience. Please forgive me for any inappropriateness. 1. Amazing at first sight. When you open the first chapter, you will see a beautiful scenery in the south of the Yangtze River. Original text: In early spring in March, spring has turned green in the south of the Yangtze River. The spring flowers are in full bloom, and the willow silk is dancing gracefully, flying like smoke. The canal is sparkling, like a ribbon, flowing gracefully through the city, creating a picturesque city full of green poplars. The thousand-year-old ancient city of Yangzhou is full of beauty. It is the most beautiful season of the year. Willows are everywhere, green grass is green, the eyebrows are green and green, and the scenery is pleasant. In the sea of people, I always feel busy, year after year, but the author has such beautiful scenery in his heart, and has been writing for ten years, which is admirable and respectable. 2. A chivalrous young man. I saw that the protagonist of the work is a young fisherman named Chen Jiawang. He is neither humble nor overbearing, neither confused nor confused when faced with threats and inducements from bad men. Original text: The boy looked at the silver in the hand of the young man in Jinyi, then turned to look at the shopkeeper, slowly shook his head and said: "Daddy is seriously ill, I am here to deliver fish to the restaurant for daddy." The young man in Jinyi said: "The fish is the same to anyone, there is no need to look for this ingot of silver, the price is easy to say." Xiaoyu Tong Dao: "Dad said that when we are poor, we must have short ambitions. I am not afraid of hard work. I get up early every day to go fishing and save more money to treat dad's illness. This fish is what dad told me to give to the restaurant. You must keep your word and never go back on your word." He spoke softly, but his tone was firm. The young man in Jinyi hoped that the country boy was ignorant, but after talking for a long time, it was of no use. He felt very angry and slapped the little fisherman hard in the face with his backhand. The little fisherman was weak in stature. He was hit with a palm and fell backwards. He hit the door of Tingfeng Pavilion's box. He was so frightened that he fainted. ,,, Later, he repeatedly solved the villain's plan to lure the tiger away from the mountain and seize the treasure. He was not afraid of danger and was both wise and brave. 3. Thunder shakes the mountains and rivers. When I saw Perak Hall discovering the Japanese pirates' poisonous plan and calmly breaking through the situation when the enemy was strong and we were weak, I couldn't help but give high-fives in praise. Original text: Wang Jingde murmured: "Japanese swords...'Cow hoof' feet... Are actually Japanese pirates... What do you mean?" Seeing that the matter had been exposed, the big-nosed man snorted, but did not deny it and said: "The gang leader will personally take care of him later." The masters of the team are here, and those who know the current situation are heroes. Let me go first and let you go without any effort. Maybe I can put you in a good way and let you live." Zhai Jingcheng looked up and laughed as if he had heard something extremely funny. The big-nosed man said angrily: "You have no strength to tie a chicken with your hands, and your mantis arms are like chariots. What else can you do!" Zhai Jingcheng laughed angrily and said, "Have you not heard of the reputation of Jiangnan Perak Hall?" Wang Jingde and Wang Jingde instantly connected with each other and chanted at the same time: "This thing can withstand a hundred thousand soldiers, who in the world dares to claim lordship!" "This thing can defeat a hundred thousand soldiers, who in the world dares to be the hero?" In the original work, this refers to the gunpowder move of Jiangnan Perak Hall, which is "falling down on the ground and thundering into the sky"; in history, this is the fearless heart of the Chinese nation that has experienced wind, frost, snow and rain, and been tempered for thousands of years. It is forged by the mountains and rivers, the warm soil, thousands of heroes, and thousands of loyal bones. Reading this makes my heart surge. 4. There are many group portraits. The subsequent stories become more and more exciting. Although the world is dangerous, there are many people in the world who are kind and righteous: Yu Chang, a great doctor who has no martial arts skills but has the courage to save people; Sun Qiao, who is prosperous and beautiful in order to save his family; and his mentor Deng Jinghua, who was ambushed from all sides and laid up a dead end, which made us burst into tears many times. It is inconvenient to spoil too much here, but this passage from the original text has made us unforgettable for a long time: Deng Jinghua raised his head and said: "Fate? Destiny is determined by heaven, or is it born by oneself?" Suddenly he let out a long whistle, slapped his knees and chanted: "Half a pot of turbid wine, half an immortal, half a lifetime frivolous and half a lifetime crazy, half a lifetime lonely and half a fantasy, half destiny and half fate." Let me mention here, the villain is too strong, strategizing, single-minded, calculating and exhausting strategies (early stage), and dual business online, I have experienced more than a few sweats as the protagonist. 5. The writing style is mellow. The author is meticulous and studious, and no matter where he writes, people can't help but think that he is an expert and connoisseur in this field. There are too many to mention. Original text: He made a virtual exploration of his left hand, and with his food and middle fingers like the sharp beaks of a goshawk, he directly touched Sun Bingwei's left shoulder "Quipen Point". This move was executed quickly and sharply, and it was exactly what Shan Sinan was good at doing in Wudang Jinsi. As the saying goes: "Monk fights and grabs", the Wudang sect is unique in its grappling techniques. The moves are refined and changeable, and the moves are flexible. "Tangle, slap, lock, seal, grab, take, move, cut, pinch, buckle..." There are many changes, and they specialize in finding the enemy's joints and controlling the enemy's vital points, making the enemy unable to attack or move away. It is very sharp. 6. Be different. Watching this work feels slightly different from watching other excellent online works. Internet writing has now been developed for more than 20 years. There are many excellent works and a golden paradigm of industrial production of Internet writing has been developed. It is like a roller coaster, with one ups and downs and one chain after another, opening up everyone's thinking about different dimensions. Reading "Fu Bo Lu" is a bit like the long slopes and thick snow. The poems and wines are collected from hundreds of flowers into honey and aged for dozens of years. It is worth savoring and collecting. 7. Think by analogy. The known works with teenagers as the protagonists include Zhou Munan's "Song of Youth" series, which has been adapted into animation and film, and is one of the best. Wangyu's "The Story of a Mortal Cultivating Immortality" was also considered a somewhat alternative work at the time. The protagonist Han Li also came from a poor family. The current animation production is very sophisticated. Although "Under One Person" by Teacher Mi Er is a comic, it also contains a lot of profound thoughts, the plot is exciting, and it covers a wider range of genres, including animation and TV series. For those that include historical reasoning, I remember "The King's Feast" directed by Lu Chuan, which explores the mystery of Han Xin's persistence until death. The "Nezha" series directed by Jiaozi also features a young protagonist. The lines "If there is no way ahead, I will make a way; if the world does not allow it, I will change the situation", "Because we are all too young and do not know how high the sky is, I want to try", and "The prejudice in people's hearts is like a big mountain, no matter how hard you try, you can never move it" are all very insightful. Different paths lead to the same goal. People's understanding of martial arts works may be a long way away, or it may be just around the corner. "Fu Bo Lu" may have its own unique positioning, such as Yangzhou's Past, Young Weiguo, Heroes of Jianghu, Legend of Legend, etc. After watching it, we have four changes: one pair has a deeper impression of the ancient city of Yangzhou, the second pair has a higher favorability of Jiangsu people, the third pair has a deeper understanding of related traditional culture and historical allusions, and the fourth pair has become more interested in Yangzhou cultural tourism and publicity-related content. 8. The work Changhong. It is a great honor to experience the creation journey of such an excellent work with rich history, numerous portraits, wonderful plots and rich scenes with the author, The Poet and Drinker, and book lovers. I would like to thank the author again, The Poet and Drinker, for his tireless sharing. I look forward to the young people of Yangzhou in ancient and modern times to cheer together. I hope that the masterpiece will be widely sung and the chivalrous spirit will last forever. Remarks: The pictures are all from Jiangsu media and the Internet, thank the author for taking them {"TopicId":"571342292733132800","TopicName":"Martial Arts"}{"TopicId":"11016460318610 55488","TopicName":"Fubolu"}{"TopicId":"1101646085963513856","TopicName":"The Poet and Wine Guest in the World"}{"TopicId":"939143352011259904","TopicName":"I eat tomatoes"}
[Chapter 101] My heart is at peace·Ode to the righteous man for thousands of years
Heroes from all ages gather together, filling the universe with majesty. Throw away fame and fortune without regrets, and live and die to create loyalty. Wu Mu served his country loyally, and Qi Shuai hoped that the sea would be peaceful and he would sacrifice his blood to protect the country. Stand guarding the lonely city, Gao Jie encouraged people to come. Tan Sitong, Prime Minister Wen, had bright aspirations. Conquering the waves, the innocent liver and gallbladder are both Kunlun. Crossing the river to aid the DPRK to quell the chaos, marching in white to clear away the plague, showing great righteousness in the sky. Poetry, wine and pictures are written to praise true love for thousands of years. 🤓🐉🐉 {"TopicId":"571342292733132800","TopicName":"Martial Arts"}{"TopicId": "1101646031861055488","TopicName":"Fubolu"}{"TopicId":"1101646085963513856","TopicName":"The Poet and Drinker of the World"}
Little book review
It's been a long time since I've written a review of a martial arts book. After reading this masterpiece, I couldn't help but post a little tease. This book is a historical martial arts novel, set in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. The main historical event is the "Three Great Wanli Campaigns". The protagonist is a little fisherman who joins the Thunderbolt Hall by chance and embarks on a magnificent journey to his country. The writing style of this book is sophisticated, and the author is able to pick up all kinds of traditional knowledge and allusions at his fingertips, and most of them are very consistent with the setting and plot development of the text, without much sense of showoff (commonly known as "dropping the book bag"). Especially when it comes to ancient medicine and firearms knowledge, it is rich but not boring. In addition, the integration of various historical events and characters is very smooth, and it does not feel like a mere coincidence. It is especially good at digging out historical Easter eggs, giving readers a sense of reality that is both true and false. Then the plot of the book develops in detail and delicately, from the protagonist Chen Jiawang getting to know the people who help the Perak Hall, to joining the Perak Hall, starting as a concierge, through events one after another, showing his quality and ability, becoming a disciple, and getting to know Ying Meng, and falling in love with him, then to the Japanese pirates attacking, undercover infiltration, receiving guidance from the four masters to improve his skills, He prepares for the war in Chunwei, but is later framed and forced to flee. The plot is very coherent. Unlike many novels, which generally skip the protagonist's growth experience after entry into the book in a format similar to "a few years later", Chen Jiawang's two-year experience in Perak Hall is written in detail, thus giving readers a more substantial and profound impression of the protagonist. As for Chen Jiawang's image, he was initially a simple, trustworthy and righteous young man. After encountering a disaster, he worshiped in the Perak Hall and relied on others to stay down-to-earth, thus improving his position. When facing his sweetheart, he showed more of his inferiority side. At the same time, he still pursued Yingmeng reluctantly in his heart, showing a more knowledgeable and courteous image. While escaping for his life, he resolutely took over Zheng Di's mission, showing that the justice of his family and country comes first. A simple summary is an image of benevolence (kindness, understanding of others), righteousness (the righteousness of family and country, and friendship between teachers and friends), propriety (knowing how to deal with people and things, but he is not very sophisticated), wisdom (erudite and witty), and courage (brave and responsible), and his inferiority complex adds a lot of reality to this image. However, as far as I am concerned, this book also has some shortcomings. Of course, it is just a personal opinion, a humble opinion, or a vulgar saying. Please forgive me for any inappropriate remarks. First of all, there is the issue of rhythm. The author was praised for his meticulous writing, but this is accompanied by the slow development of the plot. The "Big Map of Novice Village" in Jinling took almost two entire volumes, estimated to be about 600,000 words. Although this enriches the protagonist's experience, helps to shape the image and clarify the growth line, many related plots tend to focus on various family affairs in Perak Hall, which makes the reading feel like a otaku novel. In the third volume, the two "maps" of North Korea and Beijing are not developed much in comparison (although it can be seen that they will continue to be developed in the future), which also gives the plot a sense of plot. It feels like the plot is suddenly accelerating. After being wronged, he quickly prepares to return to Jinling. It lacks the experience of the process. If the grievances are quickly cleared up, it will give people a sense of urgency. After all, hundreds of thousands of words are laid out in front of it, just to let the protagonist escape from Jinling after being wronged, so as to unfold the picture of the world (of course, the author may not let him go so smoothly). I saw a reply from an author before that it was expected to be about 1.5 Million words, but now the word count is about three-fifths, and the main plot of the story has not yet unfolded (the protagonist seems to be still around 16 years old), so people have to worry about whether the pace will be too fast. I hope the author can control the pace well. Another point is the description of the emotional line. The emotional line between Chen Jiawang and Yingmeng is, to be honest, too deliberate. The description of Jiawang's unrequited love is actually good. However, once the relationship between the two is finalized, there is a slight sense of awkwardness, and even feels a bit inexplicable. When did Yingmeng fall in love with Jiawang? Maybe I didn't look carefully enough. In a sense, it is not as natural as Xiaoxian's feelings for Jiawang. This also makes the image of Yingmeng very floating. The image of Yingmeng depicted by the author seems to be the image in Jiawang's eyes, rather than from a third-person perspective, so Yingmeng is not as vivid as Xiaoxian. The appearance of Zhenxian later is a sure blow in a sense. Zhenxian already gave me a preconceived image of being pampered, arrogant, and domineering before I met her and heard her voice. However, the author only used more than ten chapters to reverse and establish her image. The development of the emotional line between her and Jiawang is also very natural and interesting, and some parts are even quite touching when I read it. I have a feeling here that the author is not bad at writing emotional dramas, but the emotional lines in the first part are too purposeful and seem deliberate. The appearance of Yingmeng in the first part is actually more to serve the image of Jiawang, express his inferiority, and give him upward motivation. The confession before Chunwei felt a bit rushed, more like paving the way for Jiawang to be framed and misunderstood by Yingmeng or even turn against each other, which will make Jiawang's heart sink deeper. Therefore, currently, among the images of the main female characters, Zhenxian is my favorite for now, followed by Xiaoxian, but I still look forward to further characterizations of everyone's images in the future. Nowadays, martial arts is not easy, especially traditional martial arts and historical martial arts. I also hope that the author can continue to create and improve it, and look forward to a more majestic Ming Dynasty world.
After reading it, in fact, starting from the 100th chapter of the fourth volume, the perception has improved a lot, and the Japanese chapter has the feeling of one or two volumes. The pace of the fourth volume has sped up a lot. If you don't pay attention, it will take a year. This type of novel is not easy, and I can understand the author speeding up the progress. However, with all due respect, the pace becomes ridiculously fast towards the end. In fact, something was wrong since Yingmeng's hasty sacrifice, but by the fifth volume, the novel was still unfolding, introducing new maps and new characters, and it ended abruptly. At present, a bunch of characters or foreshadowings are not handled well. The first one to bear the brunt is Zhenxian, along with Udroer. By the fifth volume, there is almost no trace of this person. There are also foreshadowings of the protagonist's mother. There are all the foreshadowings in the past. In the end, it was explained lightly. Shen Weijing's hasty ending narrative is not surprising in comparison. It's a bit dumbfounding to explain all these in a letter at the end. In order to keep pace, many characters' story lines are incomplete, and sacrifices have been made in image creation. The protagonist only achieves his martial arts skills towards the end, leaving him extremely limited room to display, and his character design is becoming increasingly blurry. Emotionally, I want to complain that he is almost a "real-time update" character. In the end, he will be with whichever heroine. It feels as if there has never been another heroine. Yingmeng's offline treatment turns out to be similar to Xiaoxian's offline treatment... I can't help but think of Feng Ge's "Ling Fei Jing". The pace accelerated in the second half, Zhu Wei's suicide, the Battle of Jingnan, and Taishan's appointment with Wu all ended hastily, but at least the story line of each main character was basically complete. For example, assuming that the general rhythm is about 60 yards, "Ling Fei Sutra" reaches about 100 yards, but this book almost reaches more than 200 yards, and even gets faster and faster as the end approaches... In short, I can understand the author doing this, but I still feel that it is a pity for this book.
Seen recently
The recent chapters feel a little boring compared to before. Personally, I feel that the main reason is that there is no good balance between history and martial arts. Looking deeper, the portrayal of the protagonist has become more and more dull recently. It feels that the focus is more on "things", and the image created is more biased towards the overall concept, or it is reflected in the "commonality" of the characters. The protagonist's recent role is more reflected in "witness" and "connection". Many forces are connected by him, but apart from that, his only effective role recently is "Shi Lei". In addition to scattered emotional scenes, it gives people the feeling of a camera protagonist in a martial arts online game. In addition, I can't help but say something about the emotional drama. I am becoming less and less fond of the protagonist in this aspect. Zhang Wuji can be called indecisive at best, but recently Jiawang has gradually exceeded the level of justification for this word. Although I think human emotions are complex and cannot simply mean that they have to be alone in their hearts. The protagonist and many beauties share life and death, and it is inevitable to have a heartbeat. However, he is still disconnected from Ying Mengshuan, and there is a possibility of resolving the misunderstanding and rekindling the old relationship, but the distance between him and other women is too much. It's close. For example, Zhenxian has even reached the level of "doing" (deliberately not telling Udzoar about things), but to explain that it is a subconscious behavior is a bit deceptive. In fact, if more descriptions of his inner struggle, guilt, confusion, etc. May be given, it may be more understandable. In short, overall, the plot is progressing steadily at present, but it lacks enough climax points, and the progress of the protagonist is still too slow. Not to mention martial arts, if there is no "stone thunder" in the gunpowder part, I would be worried that he has almost forgotten it. Looking at the whole, the author should have finished writing Wanli's Three Great Conquests, and it is likely that at least Shen Weijing will be offline to promote the break between the protagonist and Wanli. The timeline of the novel is still several years away. From the inside of the novel, the current strength of the protagonist is still understandable, but from the perspective of external readers, such an increase in the number of words is imminent. I hope the author will take good control of it.
A martial arts film with quite regional characteristics

Following up on the update so far, let's briefly talk about your views.
Based on the existing chapters, some clues can be roughly sorted out. First of all, in terms of the content of the novel, according to the "pie" drawn in the introduction, the novel is based on the three major campaigns of Wanli. There is still a lot to write about, and there is huge room for development. The subject type and background setting of the novel are also relatively new. It seems to have a bit of martial arts, a bit of real history, and some machinations in it. Under this background framework, if the novel is highly completed, the final book effect should be very good. Secondly, the author's writing style is relatively delicate overall. From the description of many details in the article (such as scenery, food, etc.), It can be seen that the author has put a lot of effort into reviewing the information. This very rigorous writing style is worthy of praise (it also makes people feel reassured that such rigorousness should not end unfinished or hastily). Finally, let's talk about the shortcomings and suggestions. I also read some other reviews, and I strongly agree with one thing - the first volume is a bit too lengthy, and the protagonist still has no obvious growth and changes. Although it is understandable that the author wants to introduce the background as comprehensively as possible and engage in torture first and then pleasure, the rhythm is a bit slow now, and the speed can be accelerated starting from the second chapter. I don't know how many volumes the author has in the book, but I think after the first volume laid the foundation, the second volume should have some exciting content! I still have high expectations for the follow-up, and I hope the author will not disappoint us 😁

Watching Jin Yong many years ago, Guo Jing said to Yang Guo that a great hero serves the country and the people! I remember it to this day! Traditional Chinese novels are declining day by day, and fewer and fewer people write novels in the traditional way. I think that martial arts novels are popular not because of the fighting and the twists and turns of the plot, but mainly because of the traditional Chinese form. At the same time, it also expresses Chinese culture, Chinese society, Chinese people's thoughts and emotions, human relations and customs, morality and concepts of right and wrong. "A great chivalrous person serves the country and the people" reflects the mind of the chivalrous man and also reflects the mind of his creator. At present, paper media is declining day by day, and the number of people who can calm down and write books is declining day by day. Take a look and cherish it!
Thanks to the author, the flowers are finished.
Magnificent scenes, tearful chivalry, Updated on time, the taste of dream drinking is still not exhausted, Thank you to the author, it is a pleasure to enter the pit, fully booked, Re-reading is inevitable, I wish you well, and the flowers are finished! 🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊
Someone asked me today why traditional martial arts declined. I think there are two main reasons: first, after the older generation of writers such as Jin Yong and Gu Long quit, there is now a lack of writers who can compete with them; second, nowadays, people are impetuous, and it is rare that someone is willing to calm down and read a novel. ,,,,,,,,,, Moreover, he has very high requirements for writing skills. The action, plot, characters, environment, and social background cannot keep up with each other. In this fast food era, no one is willing to put in the effort to create a martial arts movie. Even if there are good articles, they are all short videos, and no one reads any articles 😁
The Flower Festival is finished, a great work, worth ordering. 🌹🌹
If you calm down and look at it, you may be able to discover the intention behind the creation. Come on a wonderful historical journey that exceeds your expectations. Great work, the flower celebration is over. 👏👏🌹🌹
The writing is excellent and makes reading comfortable Writing about beautiful women can also be described in this way, which makes people think. There are too many novels in the starting point, and the screen is full of hormones when reading. It is difficult to see writing like "Fu Bo Lu". Especially the description of two different beauties in the same chapter, they are really different, the sky is outside the sky, the building is outside the building, this kind of writing style is very pleasing to the eye.
Looking at the name, I don't think it's a brainless piece of writing. Wait until I transform into Shennong
The author's writing style is really good, the writing style is natural, not sloppy, not pretentious, the fighting is concise and clear, not fancy, the text has a sense of pictures, the plot, and the characterization are excellent. The atmosphere of Jianghu is hidden in the words. It is not particularly strong, but it is enough. If you have a little spare time, you might as well read this book to experience a different world and a different kind of soul-stirring experience.
What a pity
It can be seen that the author wanted to write this book well, and his writing skills are evident in many places, but he is really a bit mean to the protagonist, and the novel seems too depressing. The protagonist suffered several losses without making any progress, and seemed a bit too stupid. Many times we are not cautious enough, we are too presumptuous in new environments, and we have no sense of vigilance at all.
The protagonist shows no improvement
I thought the protagonist was about to get excited, so I read a few more chapters, but I didn't expect it to be like this. Judging from the author's reply to the comments, the author has always been proud of himself as a traditional martial arts novel, which is different from other novice novels. Now it seems that it is just that. The three elements of the novel are character image, storyline, and environment description. The environment description is good. Personally, I feel that the protagonist is very fragmented in character creation, but there are also good portrayals. The storyline is really mediocre and lacks a climax. The climax doesn't have to be great, but it must be gripping. Currently, except for the small climax at the beginning, which I feel is good, the rest of the book is very uncomfortable. The author has a very high self-esteem and believes that traditional martial arts protagonists must grow up slowly through training, but I only saw deliberate suffering, not the growth of the protagonist
