After My Brother and I Called Off Our Engagements at the Same Time, the Sisters Went Mad

On the eve of my wedding, my fiancée’s childhood friend hit me, leaving me bleeding heavily and fighting for my life. My best friend called her, but she hung up immediately, leaving only this message: “Zhibai has a cold. I don’t have time.” My best friend then called his own girlfriend, a well-connected top-tier star. But she said, “Zhibai is sick. He needs me by his side more than ever right now.” After a night of emergency treatment, we looked at each other in the hospital room and spoke in unison. “I don’t want to get married anymore.” We never expected that both women would lose their minds when they received the notices calling off the weddings.
