After My Potted Plant Became Sentient, I Started Cleaning Up the Entertainment Industry Online

As a potted pothos in a government office, Ye Wu's life consisted of drinking water, basking in the sun, and watching office employees rack their brains to regulate the entertainment industry. Then one day, she transmigrated into a universally loathed female celebrity. Her husband wanted a divorce, her company wanted to terminate her contract, and the number of zeros in the termination fee was fewer than the leaves on her pot of pothos. Ye Wu was utterly despondent. “I'm just a potted pothos. What can I do?” Her husband tossed her the divorce papers. Ye Wu glanced at them and tossed them back. “Divorce is a major matter. I need to get approval from my supervisor. Also, adjust the document formatting. Use FangSong GB2312, and set the first-line indent to two characters. Thank you.” With haters flooding social media and her comment sections in ruins, Ye Wu hung a suggestion box outside her studio. “If you have any complaints, feel free to submit them anonymously. I'll implement corrective measures as appropriate.” When someone framed her on a variety show, Ye Wu produced photos from the scene, a recording, and chat logs. “I've kept a record of everything. And according to the Code of Conduct for Performing Artists, you've broken the law. I'll submit the evidence to the relevant authorities.” Her haters were stunned. “Has some government official stepped in to clean up the entertainment industry?” Ye Wu dutifully did her job as a “celebrity,” paid her taxes, and kept at it until she achieved financial freedom. At last, she announced that she would implement the suggestion that she leave the entertainment industry. The next day, the suggestion box was stuffed full of letters that had poured in from all over. More than ten thousand letters, all printed in FangSong GB and bearing the same words: Don't go!! There was one more message, written not in Ye Wu's favorite font but inside a huge heart: We love you!
