After She Ran Away From Our Wedding for Her First Love, I Didn't Want Her Anymore

My grandmother’s greatest wish before she died was to see Zhao Qinghuan and me get married. But on our wedding day, Zhao Qinghuan ran away from the wedding. Her beloved childhood friend had rear-ended someone while speeding and suffered minor injuries, so she abandoned me and our guests, leaving in her long wedding dress. That night, the story of her rushing to the hospital in her heavy wedding gown for love trended online. Netizens imagined the whole thing: a devoted woman proposing to her gravely ill boyfriend in her wedding dress. They were moved by their love story. Her beloved even posted a photo of their fingers intertwined on Moments: “Whenever I need you, you’re always there right away.”
