Infinite Obsession

[Tycoon Heir vs. “Murdering, Robbing” Bandit] They say the young master of the Dongde Group is obsessed with a certain girl. When his humble pleas for love went unanswered, he captured a “substitute” one day and locked her up in a villa at Xihua South Bay. ** Using her mother's death anniversary as an excuse, Miao Yungui arrived in Jingzhou, planning to swallow up the Sanhe Chamber of Commerce, which her grandfather took such pride in. She never expected her ex-boyfriend, whom she'd once thought was easy to fool, to become an obstacle. Before Miao Yungui could even go after him, he came to make demands of her. “Go back right now! Otherwise, I'll tell your brother and have him drag you back.” “Don't try to use him to intimidate me.” She turned and broke free of Pei Shuchen's grip. “You want to monopolize the entire Jingzhou market? Do you think I'm that stupid?” she said, looking as if she had everything planned. Pei Shuchen watched her swagger about and laughed helplessly. After her plans were exposed, her grandfather's forces pursued her relentlessly. As she fled back to Meiluoke in a sorry state, Pei Shuchen stubbornly held on to her hand. “Can't we just get married?” Miao Yungui: “Keep the peace? I've got a blade in my hand. If it doesn't end with one of us dead, that's not my style. Sooner or later, I'll settle the score with them.” ** Early on: restrained and proper; later: scheming and possessive | Older man | Rekindled romance after a breakup
