Who is the author? This kind of interstellar literature is an extreme form in Three-Body Problem. It is a cyberpunk medieval form like Warhammer, a star disaster universe form, or a cosmic civilization social form in Super Mechanic.
Some humble opinions on the rationalization of Ring World novels
I felt that there was something wrong with the setting of this book from the beginning. I also played Ring World, and I also imagined that a person would create a colony from scratch in Ring World, and also open a harem in Ring World. However, when these plots were realized, I found many unreasonable places. For example, why can a villain rely on a basic research bench to research things, refer to the development of modern science and technology, and develop chemical fuel refining just by relying on a wooden table and nothing else? It is obviously unrealistic. Therefore, I thought about a setting that I thought was reasonable. The villain once mastered a certain amount of technology and could use his spiritual power to do physical cutting, which could solve most of the technological problems before the industrial era. If he didn't understand, he could directly learn by himself through technological blueprints and textbooks. Post-industrial era technology and space technology, extraordinary technology can be obtained through colonial trade and spaceship trade. Referring to the technological competition in real life, there are always some key technologies and materials that others do not sell. In this way, the knighthood system in the Imperial Power DLC can be integrated, and purchase rights can be increased by upgrading the knighthood (refer to The three major civilizations in "Super Mechanic" attract talents through key knowledge), and the Ring World thing is just like the stars. On the surface, it looks harmonious and friendly, but in fact, I hope that meat is real and you don't have to take this path (after all, this gameplay is popular with some people It seems a bit evil), but you can still write about the switch and card setting (refer to the stronghold MOD), and the blackmail and ransom demands (also a MOD). If you really can't find anything to write about, go to the creative workshop to find inspiration, or watch some UP videos. Moreover, Glittering World is a frame, and any black technology can be placed inside it. I think the most important key to writing a Ring World novel is to expand the things that are limited by the system in the game and rationalize those unreasonable things (even if you say learning skills in dreams through sleep chambers, or learning through initiation through spiritual energy, instead of quickly learning and building through the research platform in the original game, I can accept it) I have always been looking forward to a well-written Ring World novel. This year, I saw many people writing about Ring World at Qidian, but none of them survived. The above are some of my humble opinions. If you don't agree with them, just be happy to listen. If the author is still planning to write a novel, I wish the author's next book will be well-received.
The best Ringworld fanfic currently
I feel that there is a little bit of external single-world content. Although the abnormal dlc has been released recently, it is still a bit missing. And I remember that Shining Child didn't bring so much technology at the beginning. Then I went to the weapon production station and the rare fruits with the characteristics of the ring world 🤫
